It is a good signal that New Housing will continue to be so well received in 2024. We mingled with almost 8,000 visitors and are excited to see what awaits us this year.
I would like to say “thank you” to all the people who are involved in a trade fair like this. Of course the employees at the event, but first and foremost all the manufacturers of the houses (some of whom even came from neighboring countries). All the craftsmen and companies that make it possible for you to see so many different modular homes and tiny houses in one place. Likewise, the many experts and consultants who can be experienced on site at the forum or in individual discussions.
Get a taste of the tiny house, building materials and German building law
Because tiny houses and modular houses are becoming increasingly popular, most visitors find it great to look at the inside of the houses. So they get a feeling for what it means to live in such a house. But interest also lies in the building materials used. The visitors, who are already further along in their planning for a modular home or tiny house, ask questions about legal aspects, especially about building law and the specified energy standards. Of course, the cost of the respective house is also an important factor.
